How do I advise a customer that the Shipping Address may not be a Post Office Box

There are several places on the cart pages where you can put custom text to inform your customer about anything you may wish.

All the custom text areas can be set in Cart Settings step # 8, "Advanced Settings". Look for the heading "Custom Text/HTML Messages".

The Custom Message on 'View Cart' would probably work best for this situation.
