Automatically adjust next bill date to avoid US holidays and weekends
If a date requires adjustment on:
Monday then the date will be adjusted to Tuesday.
Any other day then it will be adjusted to the previous non-holiday/non-weekend day.
Days that would be adjusted are patterned after common US banking holidays, which includes:
Any Saturday
Any Sunday
New Years Day
Martin Luther King Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Examples
Sunday 5/28/2023 would be adjusted to 5/26/2023
Memorial Day 5/29/2023 would be adjusted to 5/30/2023
NOTE: This will not modify any existing transactions or recurring records. However anytime a record is added, edited, or billed the new date will be checked and adjusted as needed.
When manually saving a record, a warning note will be displayed that the date was auto-adjusted. |
