Why are order numbers skipped?
In actuality order numbers are not skipped. If an order is declined it will not appear in a normal search.
You can see the order and the decline reason if you use the "Search My Orders" utility to search on "Failed Orders".
- Login to the cart.
- Go to "Order History".
- Click on "Search My Orders".
- Select "Failed Orders", or "All Attempts" as the status.
- Set an appropriate date range.
- Click "Search".
