Customer Email
Will display the shipping email address.
Using this address, you can send the customer an update about their order by checking the box labeled �Send Order Status�. You will then click "Update These Orders" at the bottom of the page.
The customer will then be emailed their Order Status, Tracking Number, and Shipping Method, if available.
Note: If you wish, you can change the default email message in step 8 under Custom Email For 'Search My Orders' Utility. |
